Home Of Coonvalley English Kennels

First off I would like to think the man upstairs for blessing me and my family.Coonvalley English kennel is located here in North,Alabama.We are trying to keep as much of the old Tapp blood going because it is running thin.And when I say Tapp blood I mean all of it Boyd's Little joe X Tapp and Hayes Hardtime Speck X Tapp is what you see most of the time but there's others out there.One of the best out there is my buddies Gayles Flowers line witch I got that to.These lines have been winning for years and will keep on winning.

2014 Alabama Youth State Champion!NITECH CH ' PR'COONVALLEY RED ROBIN

This was one of the best days of my live.I was so proud of my oldest boy Chance.At 9 years old Chance won the Alabama State Youth Champion.We both was fired up he was because he won and I was because Chance called Robin on his own a done it perfect We had a blast and it doesn't get any better to me.Than doing what you love with your family and friends.At this time I realized all them long nights is worth it.As a Coon Hunter training pups you spend a lot of long cold nights away from home.And it feels good when you feel like all your hard work has paid off.

Woke up several times during the night last night and early this morning getting ancey
Just waiting and hoping the whole gang did well last night at the Classic

Coon valley singing Tapp
Tapp scored 675 plus but didn't win his cast lost by 100 because somebody came in where he was treeing at on a 4 wheeler and starting hollering at them and a bunch of commotion and he left.
We tried to get to him but they were gone by time we got there. The black dog stayed treed are come back. So Tapp got minused 150.
I am proud of Seth and Tapp I just hate he didn't get credit for the best night of comp hunting he has had to date. I am not one to make excuses but this was a bad deal. I was guide so I can't blame it on that but i sure would like to know who it was I had permission to be there. But on bright side it was a good hunt we scored 7 coons.

Bryan man that's tuff better luck next time.Sorry to hear it buddy, was pulling for ya.I had it happen to me one time the same way was winning my cast and my hound got treed on the river behind some campers camping.Guy come out the camper and run him off the tree and the judge, guide told the cast to cut off there lights.They still minutes me and lost so I know how it is buddy.That's just part of it, but I hate it happen at a bigger hunt. That can happen when a hound has a good handle on him.Call me sometime and we will kick em

Wildlife Trees!
Any one that wants to line up a hunt give me a call.It will be some of the best looking bottoms that you will ever hunt.With some of the biggest timber you see today. It opens February 11th and goes out the 28th.Think you got what it takes to get the job done.Well bring your hound, boots & light and we'll just see These boar coons will run hard and fast why covering some ground through all this water!
