GrNtChGrCh PR Uchtmans Blue Jobe

Congrats to Jobe on making the top ten reproducers list.
ChGrNtChPr Uchtmans Blue Logan is there too. These two studs represent a lot of the blood in my kennels. I believe they will only move on up the list as both have young dogs on the ground.

I have never seen Logan go but i have heard he is a nice hound i know his sis is. I think they will push on up the list to. I have pups on the ground out of nite ch female that is a litter mate to logan. I picked this female to breed too My Ringo dog He is GRnite ch out of Uchtmans blue ZEB. I am excided about this cross cant wait to get some of these started.

I'd say ur right,they're several young dogs out there. Mine is just 10 months old been out less than a dozen times saw about 5 coon and last night he drove a track about 500 yrds treed n a big beech. He'll hunt as deep as needed to find one. He's got all the tools so time will tell wat kinda hound he finishes out to b. Right now he's got me pretty fired up. Like a lot of these dogs he's loud.

This should b a very nice cross. Good luck with them. How old are they? Do u have any pics?

If I can find one of my old bloodline magazines I will post picture of Jobe. I do own a full littermate to him. I bought him from Gary Uchtman when he was 1 He is best hound I ever owned. Treed many coons with him and hope to get him bred and have a pup off him eventually.

Thanks G Jeffers, My ringo dog looks a lot like your hound. I sure like the looks of your hound. The pups are two weeks old don't believe there will be a b@w in the bunch she has 11 5 females 6 males. I will post some pic in a few days.

I've got two young dogs out of Jobe.

He is producing coon dogs that look and sound like hounds.

And they will forevermore go hunting.

Jobe is a coon dog.

I have hunted with him.

I have a 15 month old out of Jobe. He is a spitting image of the picture above. He has a classic hound mouth and the ones outta jobe I've hunted with have a natural long dying bawl locate. The only thing I don't like is he is the most hard headed dog I have ever messed with. Lol

Mine has a HUGE MOUTH, dying bawl locate, naturally straight, very accurate but is the HARDEST HEADED hound I've ever owned. Leading him out of the woods is like leading an unbroke mule 😳
I love him but he can sure try my patience at times.

Im glad it wasn't just me. I think I may have been a little too hard on him when he was younger. I think he still has a little grudge against me im trying to get him over that. I would like to know if that is common with pups out of Jobe? If so we should try to let the people with the young ones know they just need to be a little more patient with them and it will work out better in the long run. I have heard the common theme from several different people with this line of dogs that they were not good handling and strong headed naturally. Am I wrong ?

Jobe dogs

I own 3 males from Jobe and Zeb females. Very headstrong and stubborn but have that extra gear. I love mine but they ain't for everybody!! Darren

I also have two hounds out of jobe and zeb females.My male is out of jobe and taylor, my female is out af jobe and angel and u are right they are bullheaded and strong willed.With that bein said I will also add the male was the most natural hound I have ever had treed his first coon at 6 months of age this was a wild coon no buckets or cage coon needed.I will also add they both have huge bawl mouths on the ground and biiig dying locates; super independent and pressure tree dogs.Also my female is one of the loudest tree dogs I have ever had.In my opinion for what its worth u cant go wrong with that blood.

Jobe is definitely throwing natural coon treers with huge mouths.

Gary has four pups out of jobe and sue that are just about old enough to ween he is keeping two for his self, if you want one here is your chance, it will be a few months before you get another chance.

I did find one picture of Jobe, but you can't see much of him.

Old Maggie is in the front, and you can see Jobe a little behind her.

I've got a female out of Jobe and Maggie here at the house that I like.
