Trouble with alpha

My tt15 collar won't get a signal with my handheld. My hand held will show me what the battery strength is on the collar and controls the shocker but just keeps a question mark in the signal spot. How do I fix this?? It's the second collar that iv had this happen with. Anyone had this issue??

cycling the power to the collar has fixed it you have an issue with the gps signal if its got a ? mark. i've seen collars stay in one place for hours but i know they have moved and all i can see is battery level and communication on dog page. may be bad collar though.

Reset ur collar. Check for updates .
