I couldn't be a more prouder owner!

5 years ago I was hunting probably one of the winningest walker dogs in the country Primetime Stylish Beau formerly owned by J.C. Ellis. Beau fell out on me one night hunting at the age of 10 he had had a stroke. So I went looking for a dog. I had been searching for 4 months with no luck and found out threw James Baskins about Sailor. I asked him have you been with him and he replied yes and he's one that you would be proud to own. So I called Dave Hollsinger who had him and asked what it would take to buy him. He said $2000, well I'm no rich fella and didn't have it so I offered him $1800 he said no thanks as luck would have it I got a call a month later and it was Dave he said to me send me the money he's yours. Well I was about $200 short, I made a call borrowed the money and bought him not knowing where we would be today! The year we had him my wife decided to hunt him in AKC ladies St.Jude hunt and won. The next year we put him in the timber and reallygot him back to the dog he needed to be ccause he had been over broke to a fault of where if you put him in a cast of dogs that ran or treed offgame around him he would quit hunting and come in. The next year we went back to St. Jude to walk away overall winner. So we decided to breed him. Today I set her typing his oldest pups 19 months and winning by treeing coons and having the accuracy of ole Sailor. I just want to say thanks to all who believed in me and this dog enough to own pups out of him and give them a chance. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I just want some day for people to look back and say that I did something to help the breed. How's Lemon doing? Do you hunt with her still? She's got a few litter mates with some wins now.

I haven't been with her since last year. Alan is about to start hunting her again. His daughter had to have surgery and he hasn't been hunting but she's doing much better and he'll be back at it after the holidays.
