Is there any yote hounds in your area? I've had a hard time finding one I've bought a dozen or so pen dogs that was supposed to run on the outside but no luck only deer dogs and some wouldn't run a biscuit lol

These ray dogs are everything I've looked for in a dog and to me there are very few holes left to be filled. They are above average speed, awesome abnormal mouths, cold noses, and gritty oh boy lemme tell you about that haha. These dogs have stopped and treed bear bigger than I would've ever thought of here on the coast. These dogs are not kamikaze pilots but they apply a ton of pressure. I currently have my 3 ray males on injured reserve because of a hot tempered sow tuesday. They just didn't back down and that's why me and my partner are hurting right now lol. I may not know much about this sport but I have seen enough to know when I'm looking at a good line of dogs.

I don't know of cliff that we'll and as I told you on the Facebook I'm still learning the origins of this line. I wasn't raised up around those guys and I haven't hunted with them most of my life we are a long ways apart nc to mi lol. This post was a man wanting to know about these dogs and the best I can give him is how they perform for me and I love Em so these are my responses

John Ray hounds

Shawn, I have a young female that I got from John last spring. She bayed a caged coon at 9 weeks, ran a rabbit, that she started at 12 weeks. At 5 months I put her on a freed coon and she tackled it, took a beating and went right back..She was too young to put on bear, but trying her on Bobcats right now..She's as good as I've had at that age. She is now 9 months old, goes about 60 lbs. Long and lean and very smart. If you've talked to John you know the price for an 8 week old pup. They are not cheap!!!Good Luck Paul.......207 634 3823
