DC 50 Problem

red light on steady and won't shut off with power button ?? How do ya correct this ??

I had one do the same thing. Press and hold the power button down for like 30 seconds it should reset the collar. If that doesn't work plug it up to the charger and press and release the power button 4 times press release press release and so on No pauses between this will do a master reset on the collar....

Mine did the same thing. I had to take it apart and unplug battery to get it to go out. I didn't know about a master reset process that's good to know if it does it again.
