Seeing the word International brings up a lot of questions. I know there are several countries that have bans on certain breeds and a lot of restrictions on others. Does the frozen semen have the same restrictions on it when shipped to these countries? When shipping to these countries does there have to be a sample for evaluation to prevent banned breeds from getting into the the country?
