Bear dogs

I recently got a English dog that I liked at first then didn't like lol well I guess something clicked and now he's a nice bear dog . That being said how many of you guys run English dogs . I only ask on here because if I ask on big game sites most are cross bred or people don't know the bloodlines lol. I was looking at some light foot dogs maybe ? Any input wnc is my location .

Couple guys on here from north western va and the other guy from just over the line in wv running lightfoot or old oney blood on bear with good success. Do a search for dsodshounds or brushy ridge kennels I believe and he's got a awesome thread started.
