above ground whelping pen needed in central va

Posting for a buddy

With football season still in and the days getting shorter I am not going to be able to build a whelping pen before my female has pups in early December. Looking to buy an above ground whelping pen. I am located in central va 1.5 hours south of DC. Willing to drive 3 or 4 hours in any direction to pick it up.
