Noromectin dosage in dogs?

My dogs are heartworm free. What is the correct dosage of Noromectin per 10lbs of body weight?

generic ivomect .. same dosage as ivomect 1 tenth of a CC to each 10 pounds of body weight . 50 pound dog gets one half of a CC . 1 CC = 1 MM
