I am offering Shaker for sale. I have too many dogs and a litter of pups on the ground. Shaker has not been hunted in over a year and is too good a hound for that. He will need hunted up and some weight knocked off. Shaker is a good hound and very accurate and will tree a pile of coons. He is coming 4yr old in November. He handles like a dream and you won't have to use a leash. He is paid up as a UKC performance sire for 2014 paperwork not back just yet. Shaker can still win in the hunts or is a excellent pleasure dog. Price is $3000.00. Will show in the woods nothing to hide with this hound. He does have one blue eye like his daddy.

Here are the answers to a few questions about Shaker. He is a first and first hound in a lot of company. Hunts alone or in company. Very open track dog and a good steady tree dog. He is chop both ways but on occasions will throw a bawl in on the ground. He is a very cold nosed hound and will put a end to his tracks. One of the most accurate dogs I myself have ever hunted with and I've hunted with several. He is a loud dog and can be heard a long way on track or tree. He will hold pressure. He is real good if other dogs pull up short he moves on and gets the coon treed right. He is broke to come when toned but can be called in too most times. He has a head full of sense and will follow you out when you are ready to go. Goes to and from chain to truck no leash needed. Trees better in cold weather than the dead of summer. He will chew on a vine or bush if one on or beside the tree but two minutes has never caught him even if on tree by himself. Once you get to the tree he usually gets quiet and listens for meat to hit the ground. He is a good meat dog and a good kill dog. I have described him honestly and he will be this way. If I had to fault him anywhere it would be on the amount of mouth he gives on track and the fact that he will chew some at the tree. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Well I told you guys wrong! Just looked at Shaker's papers and he turned 4 October 22nd. Sorry I had his litter mixed up with a litter born a couple weeks later out of the Dot female. Shaker just turned 4.

Took Shaker the other night and he split with meat once and we made one other tree that all dogs was on together. He was 2nd strike and first tree on it and they had the coon. Better hunt than I expected since he had been stood as long as he has.

Shaker is still here. I will be paying him up as a UKC performance sire for 2015 . He has the right stuff to head a kennel. If not sold I will be using him as well as Tank for breeding. Price is $3000.00 sold under a coon or off the chain.

I told a friend about this dog. I think he said he sent you a text message Friday. Did you get his message? He was interested when I told him what you had. He was afraid that maybe you did not text and he needed to call.

I don't remember seeing a text but he is welcome to text or call. Come for a hunt etc. thanks
