GrNtChGrCh PR Uchtmans Blue Thorn X GrChNtChPr Southern Blue Hardwood Cotton

I bred Cotton to Thorn a few weeks ago and she looks to be bred. Still a little early to tell but she looks to be bellying up some. Thorn has thrown some get gone type hounds with that extra gear. Cotton needs no help and was hunted alot alone. She has just turned 3 and has 2 wins to GrNtCh. She will be finished to Dual Grand. I will not take any deposits but will start a list. Pups will be $400. Would like to see these pups go to hard hunters.

Thorn is a proven reproducer and from reproducers as well as Cotton and there's nothing to wonder about cotton's every hunt is posted on here as u can read she's all coondog and bred right . I'm very excited about this cross a great addition to any man's kennel. Hope all goes well Darren keep us posted buddy. Thanks

They should make some good one! My son and I have litter mates off of thorn. They are 14 months old now and don't need any help. They both treed by themselfs at 7 month. Split tree often. My male will pull up treed a little too fast sometimes, but that little female, when she trees, she got meat. And she will make a cold track sound hot. I never seen a young dog move a track like she does.

If anybody knows me well, they know how much I like Cotton. I really thought long and hard about which male I wanted to cross on her. She is a hard going female that will and does split tree often. She is accurate and man she can spit them out when treed. She has a huge locate and can scream on a running coon. She isn't perfect and I have seen her take too long on some old sorry feed tracks. I really like a hound to get on through the country and find a coon but that doesn't mean an idiot that runs by 3 coons to tree 1. Y'all Keep'em Lookin' UP!!

Cotton sounds like a nice, loud and solid tree dog. These pups will be from a line of proven coon dogs on both sides of the pedigree. Good luck with these pups.

Bad news on my cross. Cotton had a miscarriage last night and no pups survived. Makes me sick to my stomach. Sorry to the guys on the list for pups. Nobody is as disappointed as I am!!
