2015 NC State Championship

State Championship
will be held again at the Rowan County Fairgrounds. no admission fee. Vendor space $50 or equal donation of product, inside or outside. If vendor wants inside space, please contact Cynthia Grooms asap to reserve. 4/24-4/25

Basket Raffle Info
Its time again to sponsor a basket for the raffle. Im trying to get a count of how many we will have/need next year. So far, we have a list of 30 and some are already completed!!! If you are on facebook, please "attend" the event.

Drawing will be some time after the show.

donations can be mailed to Basket Raffle PO Box 173, Rockingham, NC 28380

checks can be made out to NCCHA

Henry Golden Boy Riffle Giveaway
we will be selling tickets for an engraved Coonhunter's edition Henry Golden Boy 22 rifle beginning at the Eastern NC Challenge 11/22. We are going to be at SETWD and other events leading up to NC State. All monies received from raffle will be used for the youth hunt/show and the state event.

tickets will be $1 each or 6 for $5. you do not have to be present to win.

if you will be unable to attend any of the events, you can contact an officer and we can mail you some.

NCCHA also challanges ALL coon clubs in NC to take some tickets back to their clubs to sell. Please contact any officer to get these. DavidandEva Gardin, Cynthia Grooms, Chris Herring, Jeffrey Robinson.

Please remember that we will also have a remembrance table to honor all of those people that have passed this past year in NC who were a part of the coonhound world.

Please make plans to attend this hunt, we work on this hunt all year long. Remember this is YOUR state hunt and it won't be a success if YOU don't come.

Alright State hunt is 5 weeks away, come out and support your hunt. A meeting will take place right after the bench show on Saturday so please make plans to attend. If you have concerns about your state hunt this is were you need to be.

State hunt is right around the corner come on out and support your state hunt. If you want your opinion heard you need to be there for the meeting but remember you need to be a member of the association or a member of a club that is in the association to be able to vote. Also this hunt helps support the youth hunt which is held in June.

Will the N.C. State hunt champion be determined by combined double cast wins or the overall one night high score?

The overall state champion will be the highest one night score and the hunt will be held at the Rowan County Fairgrounds which is the same place that Southeastern Treeing Walker Days are held.
