Can I change dogs name after I have permanent papers in my name. He has no titles or points on record.

As long as the dog has not produced any litters, then yes, you can change the name. Just fill out the area on the back of the papers where it says to change the dog's name, then send the papers to us with either $20.00 for a 3 generation pedigree or $25.00 for a 4 generation pedigree.
