My alpha is not showing any map?

Mr Dunn you need to do a master reset on it.
While it is off, place a finger in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Push and release the off/of button while keeping your finger on the screen. Ii should start up and ask if you really want to erase your information. You can remove your finger from the screen and select erase and it will reset it with factor settings and your map will be back.

This wil erase any marks you may have saved and you will need to re-enter your dogs.
