Has anyone seen this in pups ?

Yep,When I raised pups in pens with wood or cement floors.Started raising them on dirt and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks for responding . How was you able to fix it ?

Some started getting better within a week or so of getting them on the ground.I had a couple that were surgically drained and put on antibiotics.
