Purina Contenders Cast?

How could there have been a contenders cast of 4 dogs at the WI State hunt? I just got my Bloodline in and it only shows 3 dogs with more than 350 Purina Points. The points were compiled on June 18 in the Mag. and the WI State hunt was on June 20and 21. So how could there have been a Contenders Cast?

Information (points) listed in the August Issue was compiled prior to July 1st.
