Need help--Garmin

I have a 220 that has been working fine. Last Friday I went to turn it on but all that would show on the screen was the Garmin logo. I called Garmin and they said to go to the website and follow directions. Trouble is, I couldn't fine the trouble shooting part. So I don't know what to do. Anyone else ever have anything like this? Or any answers?

Your map card has come loose. Take the card out and it should come on just fine. Reinstall it and make sure door is closed and locked and it should work fine.
