Indiana Trespassing Law
I buddy of mine that works on the local Sheriff's Dept was telling me that the law was changing July 1st. As before if your dog got on property that you didn't have permission to be on that they had to give you a warning first but now the law changed where the land owner don't have to have it posted, give a warning or anything else for you to get a ticket or even arrested for being on their property. As all of us hunters know a dog does get on joining properties from time to time. Anyone else hear about this change in the law.
Sneaking is a necessary skill for today's coonhunter. Best learn it.

Not exactly. This all has to do with the Agriculture side. Keeping idiots from tresspassing and doing damage to farms because of farming operations.
