I guess you are referring to my pup. She has everything I like in a dog but for the life of me she just will not tree. She will be a year old on the 18th. If she is after something she could care less if another dog is running or treeing or dog whatever she will not pull to them. I have seen her strike many on her own and my other dog back her and have the meat and she will backtrack and mill around trying to figure out where it went. I hope I can get her to pull it together. I think if she does she will be a tough one to clean after. But got to get her to figure out they go in the tree and the track does end somewhere.
Yea I was I guess I started a thread instead of reply sorry

No big deal man, Do you have any dogs out of Trick Magic or Hunt with any? I'm just curious if anymore of them are like mine. Form the ones that I have talked too. He throws pretty good pups. She hunts pretty well for a year old pup and most of the time gets by herself. She seems to be a colder nosed dog than most I hunt with and will not give up on a track. I have only shot 1 coon out on her and that was when season was in. I tied her back and put it out on my other dog. Because she wasn't doing anything at the time and was about 6 months old. When it hit the ground she went insane. It must have triggered something because since then she has been running her own tracks but when it ends she don't know what to do and just keeps circling trying to figure out where it went or backtracks and ends back up at the tree if I hunt her with another dog and it trees. But I can't get her to tree. She probably just needs some fur........
No I hunt English but but magic is here at my back door and his pups are winning around here and I spectated magic in the acha world and he treed coons that the three other dogs didn't know was there and was quick about doing it if I hunted a walker it be off magic

Thanks for the reply, I have heard good things about Magic and his pups. I wish this 1 would click . But time will tell. I have 2 other walkers that will tree coons. So I'll give her time and see what happens. She sure can drive a track and has a huge mouth for a gyp and the word quit aint in this pup. Also she could care less what any other dog is doing. She does her own thing most of the time.
