Grand Nite Champion Black River Psycho Sam 6/24/2001- 6/14/2014

When I bought Sam from Travis Brittian almost 11 years ago, I didn't realize the magnitude of the dog I had just bought, not only did I buy an outstanding coon dog, I have made lifelong friends through this dog. Sam was an awesome dog at the hunts as well as a great pleasure dog, he went from nothing to grand in 23 hunts, winning 8 out of 16 casts that had plus point cast winners. Unfortunately I was only able to get 15 pups off of him before he went sterlie. He threw some outstanding coon dogs and his legacy lives on thruough them and their offspring. Thanks to everyone who ever bragged on Sam or hunted one of his pups. They get old too quick but I would have rather had one of Sam's caliber and lost than to never had one like him at all. Rest in peace Sam, you will be loved forever.
