If I bought a dog and it is a ntch, but I only received the open reg papers sighned by the previous owner can I just send the papers in that I received to get the dog in my name if not what do I need to do thankyou.

I don't know what you mean by "open registration papers". You need to have the current registered owner of the dog sign the registration certificate over to you. Yo will then fill out the back of the registration certificate with your name & complete address, and send the registration certificate to us, along with the fee to transfer ownership to your name.

what I mean is the papers do not say he is a ntch I did not get his nt ch papers

You can fill out the back of the papers and send them in to us to have the dog transferred into your name and the new papers would reflect any titles the dog currently has.
