Autumn Oaks Rule Question

Rule 6. The same dog cannot be run more than one night. Dog must be run on the night scheduled. Switching is not allowed.


This rules says you can only hunt one night and All Grand Nite Champions hunt on Friday night. What if a person registered for Saturday night and before Autumn Oaks that person Grands their hound? How does that play out?

If you finish your hound to Grand before the hunt you must show up on Friday at either noon or 1 and simply tell them your dog has been finished to Grand nite. They will simply draw you out with the Grands. Keep in mind your Saturday reservation will now be moved to Friday because all Grands hunt Friday.

Trevor's right. If you make your dog a Grand Nite before Autumn Oaks you'll just come through the Changes & Corrections line on Friday and we will get you changed to the right category and to Friday night so you can hunt with the other Grands. You won't lose your entry.

Please note that hunt entries must be confirmed by 1 pm local time the night you are hunting. If you are hunting a Grand, that means Friday before 1 pm you must have your entry confirmed.
