How long does it take for a formal complaint to be handled.

I filed a formal complaint 2 weeks ago and havnt heard anything about it. So untll them im stuck here with a litter of grade puppies. What other options do i have with a co owner refusing to sighn off on a litter.. So i know yall are money orianted and this is a litter of 6 that if i can get the help from yall will be performanced.

UKC has no authority when it comes to disputes between owners on a dog or a litter of pups. UKC cannot, even when partnerships go sour, make exceptions to partnership policies that you agreed upon at one time.

Money plays no part in any such decisions. I'm pretty sure there would be no UKC if we didn't charge for license fees, registration fees, lost papers fees, recording fees etc..

Just curious why would it be UKC's responcibility to have parteners agree on breeding or litters?

It would be differant if the co~owner forged a signature or something.

russell told me to file a formal complaint. Allen what if the partnership is in a fake name? Its cool I will just go ahead with my lawsuit..

My question to you on the partnership. Since the partnership is with your ex........And you said the partnership was with a fake name, wouldn't that be on YOU for allowing a partnership with false fake name? Not sure why you are crying foul now???

Why would you make a cross when there is such bad blood? Surely you knew she or he wouldnt sign.
As for a fake name, just look at this board! 99.9 ppl on here use fake names! 1\2 of them have duel accounts so they can keep their own posts "up" or in discussion.

if you know the dogs UKC number fill out the papers and send them in just because you co owen the dog i do not think it takes both names to Reg the litter, there use to be something that (and ) or (or ) was used i do not know if that still stands or not, besides that sing her name what she going to do devorse you. she is already your EX.

Cleo she said she would sigh off on my female before the litter was born.. Everything was good untill i got engaged. I have text and emails stating she would sighn off on them.. As respected as she is in the plott world i took her word on it.. And my lawyers sayd i can sign the fake name and send them in since the person doest exist. I dont want take the chande fo ukc banning me for forged signature on a fake name..

Before the change UKC made of owner ship it use to be and /or,If it was [and] both people needed to sign,But [or] you only needed one owner to sign.if my memory recalls it.
