I was sure he was! But sometime back I got Ross Mullis's Grnitech papers for a dog that had made Grand I got his papers to him but I never received Rangers new easy entry card with nitech or the paper stating he was now a nitech. How would I receive these ?

Since it has been almost 18 months since we sent out the new EE card, you would have to pay for another one. The fee would be $10.00. As far as getting another Championship Certificate goes, you would have to contact our Field Operations Department.
