MANY OF YOUS KNOW ME,MANY OF YOUS HAVE MET ME, MANY OF YOUS READ MY POSTS FAITHFULLY EVERYDAY ON THE OFF TOPIC SITE"BRAD AND RONS DAILEY DEVOTIONS FOR COONHUNTERS " AS WE READ ALL THESE DIFFERENT POSTS AND FORUMS WE READ EVERYTHING FROM DOG PROBLEMS TO DOGS WINNING HUNTS,FROM BREEDING HOUNDS TO CUSSIN THEM FOR THINGS THEY DO.WE READ ABOUT FRIENDS THAT HAVE GOOD THINGS HAPPENIN IN THERE LIVES AND THERE HOUNDS WE READ POSTS ABOUT HOUNDS AND FLAT OUT ARGUMENTS GET STARTED BETWEEN FRIENDS,THEN WE READ ABOUT ONE OF THOSE OLD FAITHFUL HOUNDS GETIN OLD AND DIEIN, THEN HERE COMES THE NEWS OF AN OLD HUNTIN BUDDY AND FRIEND OR A YOUNG PERSON PASSING AWAY OR ONE OF OUR FRIENDS WIFE OR FAMILY MEMEMBER PASSING ,THAT BOTHERS ME CAUSE ITS MY FRIEND THATS HURTING. THAT RIGHT THERE MY FRIENDS IS THE NEWS I DONT LIKE TO HEAR! BUT ,,WE,, ME AND YOU ARE GONA FACE DIEIN WE ALL WILL ONE DAY... I KNOW THAT THERE ARE THOSE OF YOU ON HERE THAT DONT BELIEVE IN GOD,THATS OK YOUR NO LESS A FRIEND,YOU BELIEVE LIKE YOU DO AND I BELIEVE LIKE I DO WE MIGHT NOT AGREE BUT YOUR STILL MY FRIEND...WHEN WE HAVE ACCEPTED CHRIST IN OUR LIFE AND LIVE FOR HIM,,WE DONT HAVE ANY WORRYS ABOUT OUR FUTURE...IF WHEN THE TIME COMES AND WE DIE AND YOU ARE RIGHT THAT THERE NEVER WAS A GOD OR SAVIOR THEN WE WILL JUST STOP EXISTING LIFE IS OVER! BUT IF IM RIGHT AND THERE IS A GOD WHICH I TRULY BELIEVE THERE IS AND THERE IS A HEAVEN AND A HELL THEN YOU WILL HAVE PLENTY TO WORRY ABOUT,,,,,I MY FRIEND HOPE AND PRAY THAT ONE DAY YOU WILL SEE THINGS THAT GIVE YOU ASSURANCE THAT GOD EXISTS AND YOU GET HIM INTO YOUR LIFE..... THESE OLE HOUNDS HAVE GAVE US MANY UPS AND DOWNS THROUGH OUT THE YEARS,,BUT ONE THING THAT THESE OLE HOUNDS HAS DONE FOR ME IS,,,,GAVE ME FRIENDS LIKE YOU AND YOU AND YOU.THESE HOUNDS WERE ONE OF THOSE GIFTS THAT GOD HAS GIVEN US TO LOVE AND ENJOY AND GIVE US { "FRIENDS "} THE NEXT TIME YOU LOOK DOWN AT YOUR OLE HOUND ,,," REMEMBER WHO GAVE US THESE OLE HOUNDS " YOU ALL HAVE A BLESSED ONE ! FROM THE RIVERBOTTOM,,,RON MY PRAYER TODAY IS ,,,YOU CONCIDER ASKIN GOD INTO YOUR LIFE TO BE YOUR SAVIOR ,,WHAT AN AWSOME REST OF YOUR LIFE YOU WILL HAVE !!!!!! I LOVE GOD ! Ron that is so true as I was driving to work today and looking at this beautiful sunrise all I could help to think is god is so awesome to create something like that sometimes we just need to slow down and look around god is a lot closer than we think

Yeah man, My BIO dad and I didn't have much of a relationship when I was growing up. In 1998 I almost lost him to a heart attack and my mom begged me to go see him. So I did, we had a long talk and worked through a lot. He made me some promises about what he would do if he made it through the heart attack. Well he did and kept his word. I lost him in Dec of 2011 to a massive heart attack. But one of the things that still stands out in my mind was after he got out of the hospital from the first heart attack we did ALOT of deer hunting. When we would get back to the truck on an unsuccessful hunt he would look toward the sky and say, "Bub we may have not done any good this morning, But look what a beautiful day god has given use." Some of the best days of my life was setting in a deer stand with the ol man. Man, what I wouldn't give to be able to do it just one more time. God is good and I know one day I will see him again.
