Happy Mother's Day

You are birth mothers. You are stepmothers. You are adoptive mothers. You are mothers-in-law. Some of you are women who never gave birth but have nurtured the children in our world. You are grandmothers, aunts, and sisters. As mother's, many have shared in joys that are truly treasures of the heart. As mothers, you have sometimes suffered indignities on behalf of and for your children. As mothers, you know that love is more than something that can be contained by acts, words or thoughts. You have known sadness and joy beyond measure. I am grateful for the wonderful women that God placed in my life who taught me much about his love. Happy Mother's Day to all you dear and wonderful ladies! I am especially grateful for my mother, and my wife who is a mother and grandmother.
