Help.. MALE PUP WILL NOT GAIN WEIGHT

I have a 6 month male and he seems to not be able to keep weight on... he has feed and water available all the time.. and he has been wormed regularly... and was wormed with drontal plus last week .. any sugguestions

What are u feeding him?
