What's up?

Got a 11 month old that will not go with older dog at nite, she will hardly get out of site! Today thay both got loose during the day , and she stayed with him for over a hour!
What could be the problem?

she might be skeered of the dark lol ive seen young dogs that it took awhile for them to get out during the nite hrs then again she may not have the heart to wanna get out and go
