Jim, they do still have a formal complaint for unsportsman like behavier, and things like that.

The term Formal Complaint no longer exists in the rule book. Rule 16 explains it all. The procedure uses Appeals in place of Formal Complaint. Same basic procedure with a fee rearrangements . End result is the same, if you push it all the way, it gets settled by UKC and all involved get notified of the final decision.
