Scoring on tree

All 4 dogs are declared treed, when arriving at tree dog B leaves tree. Do dogs C & D move up to next available position? I could not find answer in rulebook. Could someone clarify or point me in the right direction?

Thanks

No, C & D dogs don't "move up". All the dogs are accountable for their called positions. B dog would take minus on his "called position" for leaving the tree.
