Had the same problem .Take battery out and put it in and out a few times then hold button in.they only last 3to4 years.best of luck .BIGHOSSS

I have about a dozen times. The second it makes contact its stuck on and both level 1 and 2 are lit up! Power button don't do anything it acts like its froze up.
