Radar dog off Cold Sweat

A fellow told me today that a guy here in middle Tennessee had an all grand male off cold sweat. His name is "RADAR" if any body knows anything about him give me a shout please. I am looking for a stud dog that can give me a little more tree power, so any advice will be appreciated on that end as well.
