The new boots are the best boots!

You are correct Mr. Stien......I am also testing one of the original five pair.Very, very comfortable, and to my surprise extremely light. The lightest that I have ever seen,or the lightest anybody has seen.I have not had any trouble with them so far,and am likeing them very well. With more time we will see how they hold up.As of rite now.....they are looking really good.

5star chaps with lacross grange boots

I've been using my pair for over a year going on 2 years, from dans. I hunt year around, least 5 days week. Very lite and tough chaps. They do have a couple smal tears. The water is starting to seap around the glue. But like I said. Almost two years with them.

New boots

Bo,I do not know. When I first got them, all of the info was crossed out with a black marker. The fellow who is thinking on bringing them to the market asked me to try them out and give my honest opinion to him.He told me to try and destroy them in any way possible.so far so good.Very lite, very comfortable, and so far they seem to be durable.

There is a new boot on comming on the market that is hands down the tuffest, lightest most comfortable boot out there. You don't see me bragging or commenting on these topics when someone ask EVER! I have tried in everyway to rip them. There are myself and 5 other guys through out the country field testing these boots. Up untill now i was a huge Under Armour fan. The are pricey but i thought they were worth it. I have no idea who makes them because the name was blacked out when they arrived. To give you an idea of how little they weigh. 1 UA boot with Dan's snake proof chap weighs as much (maybe a hair more ) than these 2 boots combined with (I admit) a light weight chap. I would not have belived it if i had not done the comparison myself. I just could not see how it was possible that they weighed less that my UA boots.

I was told that you could step on a nail and it would not puncture the sole (No I have not tried it). That you would have to use a drill to put a hole in them. I know what your thinking it was the samething I thought Bulls***. I have recommend 1 othe product Sunfire light hands down the best light on the market.

Msinc....I have no idea when the boots will be available. The test dummies are still using them, until they come forward with more info, nothing will happen. As far big legs go....that will not be an issue.I have the same problem and they fit me fine.Durability is the only question that has not been answered yet.We will see.Randy Renolds is trying his best, to find out how they will last.

Boots wat kind of top is the boot

I'm having trouble finding a boot that will work for me as the boots with the foam style tops like muck and lacross arrow head break out my skin I have some kind of a allergic reaction to the neoprene foam so I'm trying to figure out a boot that has the rubber tops like the lacross alphas with the rubber boot going all the way up to the top does anyone have any recommendations. Thanks:Justin

Thanks for the info...please keep us posted on these as I am needing boots with froglegs/chaps or whatever they are called these days soon. Like everyone else, I want to spend the money on the best I can get. Maybe you can answer another question...I took a break from coon hunting for a few years and back then the chaps were sewed to the top of the boot. Now it looks like nobody does that. They are all sewed to the bottom at the ankle area of the boot. Why is it done this way??? Must be some advantage but it seems like the chap or frogleg would wear out faster being down at the bottom. I don't remember ever having the ankle area of a boot wear out and all I ever had was Lacrosse non insulated boots. Are these boots insulated so they cook your feet during the warmer months or will they be offered either way???
One more thing, you might not want to call your test guys "dummies"

New boots

No foam....the same material from top to bottom.I have no idea why the location of the sewing might have changed. And yes...all five are test dummies, myself included.
