Has anyone heard if Garmin is going to make a collar for the alpha that would be legal for UKC

I havent heard of one yet, I sure hope they do ,I even went as far to submit the idea through their website. I'm sure they wont do it though unless they can sell enough to make money off it

I was told by a certain person if they were to guess it was in the works and Garmin usually come out with new products in early summer. I'm holding off until then.

You mean their website has a place you can submit ideas? It' love to submit an upgrade to disable the dreaded pin drop function.

I think we just did start a thread. Lol. I say we flood them with request for this. I am sure it would be fanatically a good idea for them. They could sell the handheld and both collars in a bundle package for around 1000.00.

Well I just stared into the sport so the alpha was my first unit. I am trying to avoid buying a 320. There is a definite advange in the hunt for someone who is using a GPS.
