2014 WV State Youth Championship -- Sponsor a trophy or prize!

We are starting our fundraising efforts for the 2014 West Virginia State Youth Championship. This year the hunt will be hosted by Tri State Houndsman Association and you can help out by sponsoring one of the many trophies or other prizes we will be awarding that day! Once again we will be doing four events so there will be plenty of activities to keep your little hound hunter busy all day. To sponsor a trophy, simply pick out the trophy you would like to sponsor and send in your donation. Until the money is received the trophy will be marked as pending. You’ll have 2 weeks from the time you request the trophy to get your donation to us or the trophy will be available to someone else. This is a firm deadline because in years past we have had people not pay and prevent other people from sponsoring the trophy of their choice. Once the money is received, the trophy will be marked as paid and will no longer be available to sponsor.

What do you get for your donation? Every trophy sponsored will carry an extra tag on the front of it with your name or your kennel name or your coon club’s name or your business’ name you choose to let everyone know you helped make the 2014 WV State Youth Hunt a success!
Also listed below you’ll find other prize options that are available for sponsorship. If you sponsor a dog box or light we’ll have a decal made up to place on the item with your name, your kennel name, coon club’s name or business name. Be assured that 100% of all proceeds (and then some) will be used to fund the youth hunt. Thanks in advance for your help!!

How do you pay once you decide which prize you would like to sponsor? Once you have decided which prize(s) you would like to sponsor, simply message me through here or email me: sdcain2@aol.com[/email] Let me know which prize you’re sponsoring and how you are paying. Make checks payable to Tri State Houndsman Association and mail to:

And for those of you asking, the date for the youth hunt is June 14th. It's hosted this year by Tri State Houndsman Association in Morgan/Berkeley Counties. We're still waiting on word about the facility we hope to use ( the same place we held for the 3 years prior to last year) which they should be getting back to us about any day.
