Children's Hosptial and Ohio State Youth

These are two great events for the Ohio Sportsmen and Sporting Dog Association. Can you please help with raffle or auction items for the youth.

March 22, 2014 is the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Benefit hosted by the Ashland County CHA. We are looking for items for our auction. Several people have donated, but to help the kids we need a lot more items. Please help the kids. ALL proceeds go to the hospital. Thanks to UKC the OSSDA does not have to send their regular $2.00 per dog. IT ALL to to the Hospital. Everyone knows a youth that has needed a great hospital. Nationwide Children's Hospital works hand in hand with other hospital with treatment and research.

April 5, 2014 is the Ohio State Youth Hunt and Show hosted by the Tuscarawas County CHA. We know it is close to the hospital benefit, but we also need donations for the youth. Mr. Ken St. John has offered to sell coon lights for $45.00 each. At this time we have 12, but need at least 4 more. We give 6 to the show and 10 for the hunt. Whatever is left is put in storage for the next year. We also have one bid to host the youth event in 2015. If your club would like to do this contact Mark Brannon. 330-735-2266. We will contact UKC and make sure there is no conflicts with other clubs. We would like to move it around Ohio.

All donations can be sent to: Jackie Carpenter, 7645 Chadwick Road, Gambier, OH 43022 or
Mark Brannon, 6057 Terrace Rd SW, Sherrodsville, OH 44675-9508
