I'm located in Central NY, He's a young male big frame 75lbs. all muscle DOB 7/23/12, hoping to title him in some hunts and shows starting this spring. He's a hard tree dog, definitely not finished but has great potential and will be a coon dog. Will hunt alone or with company. Willing to show him to anybody interested or tag along with a hunt. Any questions feel free to contact me Paul- 315-750-8865

'PR' Blue Ice All Blue Smokey took Best of Show Male yesterday at Whitney Point Sportsman Association. Was a very nice event great club great people. Would liked to have seen some more blue dogs but it was still a good event. Not to shabby after only working with him on a bench for 5 days, on our way to making him a show champion.

Coon were moving early tonight made two trees, one just before dark up a nice hardwood and one just at dark, hallowed center den tree, shined light up tree and could see little faces looking back down at me. I was happy so I called it a night. the video is the second tree in the den tree.

Thank you both, he doesn't have a real cold nose but he can and will run an older track obviously any hot track he will run too, after not hunting with him for a time and then going back at it he sometimes has a tenancy to run a day old track but gets back in the grove. I've done alot of swampy marsh with some standing water hunting with him as well where he's really gotta work the track. Like I said he's not finished, but for sure is a coon dog. he will generally do about a 1500-2000 yard loop and circles back and checks in if he doesn't find anything then gets gone again. That's the style I like. He's got a huge bawl on track and doesnt stop bawling until he trees where he switches over to a chop/bawl, one thing I dont like is his chop is a slower chop bark, I wish he had more barks but you won't loose him, he's loud, the videos don't do him any justice

He doesn't shutup when hes on track especially if hes really working the track hard, an easier track he bawls every five seconds or so but if hes really working a track hard his mouth doesnt stop

Bred my nice female to smokey and she had a litter of 13. 6 males 7 females. They all turned out all blue with a brown trim mother! We bred coon dog to coon dog so hopefully the cross will turn out nice!
