BBCHA Blue books When?

I joined BBCHA in 2013 and was wanting to know when the blue books come out or are mailed? I phoned one of the officers 3 weeks ago left a message and no returned call, who should I get ahold of to find this out?

Pretty sure they are at the printers. Should be in the mail in 2-3 weeks.
