Need Help Please

I have this 14 month old English dog she is a shy dog but will go and tree and trail with other dogs. When she trees with other dogs she is not stationary to one tree she bounces from tree to tree in that area. Last night she tree two opossums. I could use some ideas on how to break her from bouncing trees and treeing opossums.

One tie her down whe you get too the tree,,,Two scold her a few tymes and walk
her off the tree for possums,,,, and if she gos back get a little ruffer on her !!!
