320 problems with a dc 30

my 320 has started tracking backwards on the first turn out it does perfect. but soon as i load him up and go to the next turn out it shows him tracking backwards. like he still at the first turn out, they have said start new hunt or calibrate the compass i did that last night and it still was tracking backwards. and then the last turn out last night it was back working working perfect what could be wrong with it please help lol
