Another assault is being made on our Right of Retrieval of hunting dogs here. This law must be protected as it now reads. Senate Bill 13 has been introduce into our Virginia State Senate by State Senator Thomas A. Garrett. SB 13 Hunting Dogs,etc.;permission from landowner to from: Requires a hunter to make a good faith effort to obtain permission from the landowner, his agent,or a person occupying a residence located on the property before entering the property to retrieve his hunting dogs, falcons, hawks, or owls from the property. YOU! Must act Now. Please call Senator Thomas Garrett (804) 698-7522 and ask him to withdraw this bill. Then call your State Senator and tell him that you oppose this bill. Thanks!
