I've made them an inch bigger now and they are smooth enough to lick if they want. My dog has struck while driving along the woods stopped cut loose ,coon was within 50yds treed. The box will hold one dog on each side comfortably.The suspension is pretty smooth so the dogs don't get bounced around very much. They really like loading & going in it and come out hunting.
