Two of my favorites...the Harrier and the best "Thunderbird" ever...the F4 Phantom!!!! I loved walking a patrol dog post at night when they took off. Watching that afterburner until it flickered out of sight and hearing the roar of that engine and feel the ground shaking under your feet...shazam!!!!! Oh, the one sign about using the "good issued" foot powder...I still carry that small green plastic container of it in my ditty bag. Thanks for the pictures. I'm not Navy (brother was a career bubblehead..submariner) but it made this old "Fly Boy's" day. Air Power!!!

It was 2001 last time I was there my oldest was 8 told my wife we would hit this on our way home what should it take a couple hours then head home well long story short we arrived at 9 am and about 2/3 way through noticed it was almost 3:30 still want to go back thanks for the memories
