Red's a good looking dog for sure. And I've heard that he's a fine hound to follow as well.

Congratulations on your success with him and here's to hoping you have continued success with him in the future.

I am proud to own these 2 hounds, Red is a coon dog and izzy will be. she gets gone asap and has never ran trash on me she will be put in the hunts when Red makes it to Grand, so im hoping this time next year she will have her chance..Both these hounds came from well respected kennels, and are top notch hounds...

Mike [The Hulk] Grimes

im on here typin up jack this morning,im gonna post a picture of you and Gary as soon as rember how...

LockDown Kennels
Owner-Mike Grimes, doing his Hulk impersonation in the picture lol...Brother,Gary Grimes, and I took the picture....ARD Cuba,Mo..Hey men,Mike runs a top of the line kennel, its really nice, heck his dogs got their own septic tank...He is a honest man and has 40 years of coondog experience...Mike took me on my first coonhunt,i was about 16 years old [im now 40].Mike gave me my Jabo pup,he was 6months old when he got here and has been a blessing to me and my family every since ,so thank you Mike for all the hours on the phone ,helping me with Red..Iknow for a fact that Mike is trying to produce [COONDOGS] at his kennel,he is dedicated and motivated and im lookin to see a big splash in the future from a hound with direct ties to Mike Grimes..now we all know that line breeding coondog to coondog takes time and more than one man so with the help of other breeders the plan has been put in motion for some time now,so dogs are starting to pop up now nitech. or on their way and also several pleasure hunters that are bragging on their hounds..The proof is in the pudding, its no coicensidence that we loaded 2 dogs from LockDown Kennels [LockDown Luke and RealDeal Red]and off to Mo. we went to take 2nd and 3rd place in the all red hunt.[the only nite we hunted].so if your a comp. hunter, looking to buy a pup, then you just have to give this guy a call during your search. His stud dog 'Ole Luke' has it all strike, tree and enough drive to hunt all nite as hard as he can go,you will find him at the tree with mr. coon in it.So good luck to Mike,Larry,Lenard and all breeders that are making a difference in this breed of coonhounds
