Astro 320 and ford truck
my 320 will not point the right way to the dog's while around the truck, usually 180 off, the truck is not running, dosnt matter if I'm in the front or back of the truck, I have no idea why it does this, have to walk away to make sure where the dog's are, my buddy's 320 does the same thing, anyone else have this issue?
magnetic
Not sure how the compass works on a Garmin but mine does it if on carrying the rifle. Traditional compass does it also

steel will mess with your compass and my gusse is when you move it use the sattilite to tell its direction in the u.p.of michigan there is iron deposits that will make your compass spin
