W.V. Going Broke!!

And so once again, we can thank the EPA and their Democratic leaders in DC for literally gutting one of our major sources of tax revenue: Coal! And add to that the payroll taxes that would flow through the treasury in Charleston. Who would ever have thought that our good "friends," the Dems, would support Obama's regime whose main goal was to gut the coal industry in WV. Funny how we've been told time and time again that the Dem. philosophy is the BEST for our country. Now look that they've done for us. I know, I know, WV didn't support the Obama administration in either 2008 or 2012, but the irony is that the state Democratic party "was required to tow the line" - and feed the party patrons this enormous cock and bull story that they knew what was best for all of us. That's why they don't support quality education in WV in that an "educated" mass would see the injustice, futility and down-right ignorance of what the Democratic party stands for. Now, like "good-little children," go sign up for Oblah-blah Care - because they've TOLD you that YOU MUST - and because THEY know what's good for us! Sad, isn't it? How very sad!! I Read This And Thought It Hit The Nail On The Head!!!!

That's true, But W.V. used to have a surplus, but it started eroding when the Dem's decided to do away with the tax on food. Then instead of the Governor doing the right thing and saying NO to "o" he said sure will go along with oblah-blah-care. Now with the enormous increase in the Medicaid ranks, It's like, oh no, we don't have enough money!! Then add the teachers crying for more money, add the state workers, Tomblin probably says, Why did I want this job!!!!

I see where Tomblin is supposed to issue an edict calling for a 7.5% cut in every dept. starting in July. I f the workers/bosses would leave the State Vehicles at work, It ought to save the state a bunch of money in gasoline, plus wear and tear on the vehicles, tires, etc. I could see whenever your on call, you could take your vehicle home, but other than that, I think the state vehicle ought to be left at work!!

Its that way in Ohio too Brush with the state vehicles. I have to drive my own vehicle to work so why not them. would save a lot of money.

There's a lot of perks that they could save money with. The head of the Lottery in W.V. drives a State Vehicle, to and from work. Why does he need a vehicle to start with, and why does he need to drive it home??

I think unless your a police officer , and a lot of departments don't allow you to drive them home but some do , then the state bozo's at the lottery commission , and what nots leave them at work . my company just had the insurance people in yesterday and thanks to Obama taxing the insurance companies so high , our company offered health / dental / eye plan is going to raise to 988.00 a month for a family plan . that's alittle over 450 a pay period . that's about 40% of my check going out for insurance , then taxes , id be lucky to bring home 500 bucks every 2 weeks . talked to the wife and were gonna have to drop it for now , sad times man when your government is forcing something on you like bummer care , almost like were turning communist .

His whole agenda is to turn The United States into a third world country. No More being a leader in anything except people on welfare and as he keeps destroying jobs either through his Executive Orders or is Rapid EPA, It's the same answer, do away with anyone that tries to better their selves!! If we get GOP majorities in both houses of Congress we can impeach him and take him out of office for crimes against his oath to up hold THE CONSTITUTION along with a lot of his Cabinet members!!! The old Nuclear Option will only take a simple majority now!!!
