SportDog 3225 Problem

I bought a 3225 and 4 collars back in March and have noticed a rapid decline in the range that I can administer any type of correction. Finally last night I tested the range on all the collars and it would only make it about 40 yards consistently. Anybody have similar issues with this unit?

my buddy has one that I used a bit when I lost my alpha. pups got on a deer 800 yards away from me. I shocked through all levels and never even slowed them down. it was straight across an open field. he also had problems with the older model he had.

Call sportdog, they have real good customer service. I have the same unit and if i can hear em i can shock em.

Thanks guys. I have had really good luck with Sportdog in the past, and dealing with their customer service department. I plan on calling them Monday, just checking to see if this seems to be a common occurrence.

I've been nothing but happy with the way SportDOG handles their business. Called today they are sending me a new unit. Great company to work with!
