If they don't get crazy with it and bleed all the expense money away from clubs it might work .
Keep it to jackpots and stuff maybe . Clubs are struggling now so they can't afford big payouts unless the numbers really jump up and if there is a club in the area that can afford big money hunts they may draw all the dogs and put those who can't out of business . Need to be careful .
