hi good day i just would like to ask something about my lost lt. i still have a photo copy of it . can i just get a authorization letter from the breeder inorder to back up my photocopy validity? can you please help me regarding this concern and whats the best thing to do . im also planning to regis the puppies of my dog. thanks n more power

We cannot accept a photocopy. The breeder would have to fill out one of our duplicate applications, and send it in to us. We would then issue them another set of papers and they would sign those papers over to you.
